Return Eligibility

· Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

· Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

· We do not accept returns for used products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

However client is eligible for return only if the item has been damaged in transit, or any wrong item has been delivered or manufacturing defect

1. Email us at mail@nourishworldinc.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Share your order ID and a clear image if the product is damaged/defective.

3. Our support team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.

· Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and initiate a refund or replacement.

· Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

· Free samples or promotional items.

· Products returned after 7 days.

· Items with broken seals or signs of use.
